What delivery options are available?
We offer Click and Collect delivery free of charge through our nation wide network of retail partners. You will be asked to nominate your Collection Point during the check out process. You can search for your nearest stockist here. We deliver within Australia only. If you would prefer to have goods delivered to your home address, please visit one of our partner retailer sites, they are listed below under the tab "I can't pick up instore. are there any other options?".
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times may vary from product to product, approximate delivery times are advised on the product pages and are usually 10-14 days from order placement. Once your order is processed we will update you on an estimated delivery time. You will be notified when goods are ready for collection from your nominated Click and Collect Collection Point.
I can't pick up in-store. Are there any other options?

We offer secure online payment via the NAB payment gateway by either Mastercard or Visacard. Our site is secured by Comodo SSL
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind or over/under ordering. Please check your wallpaper upon delivery. Ensure that all wallpaper is from the same batch or lot number (which will be printed on the label). Check for quality and consistency before hanging. If you have any concerns whatsoever about the product, it should not be installed and you should contact us to discuss these concerns. If you believe you have received faulty wallpaper please contact us immediately. Any wallpaper proven to be faulty will be either replaced or refunded in full, providing the faulty product is returned to us. Please contact us prior to arranging return. Please note we will not accept labour claims for installation costs, so be sure to check your wallpaper prior to installation. We recommend the use of a professional licensed installer, or if installing yourself, be sure to follow the installation instructions included with the wallpaper, please also refer to our How To Guides. Issues caused by incorrect installation are not warranted. Computer screens and other devices may not provide a true representation of colour and texture, therefore we recommend that you do not rely on a screen image only. We will be unable to warrant any variation between the look of the product on your screen and the delivered product. Prior to purchasing your wallpaper we recommend you either visit your local wallpaper retailer to see a sample, or order a sample online, to be sure you are happy with the colour and texture. Please note there may be slight colour variations between batches or lots.
