Please check your wallpaper upon delivery. Ensure that all wallpaper is from the same batch or lot number (which will be printed on the label). Check for quality and consistency before hanging. If you have any concerns whatsoever about the product, it should not be installed and you should contact us to discuss these concerns.
If you believe you have received faulty wallpaper please contact us immediately. Ay wallpaper proven to be faulty will be either replaced or refunded in full, providing the faulty product is returned to us. Please contact us prior to arranging return. Please note we will not accept labour claims for installation costs, so be sure to check your wallpaper prior to installation.
We recommend the use of a professional licensed installer, or if installing yourself, be sure to follow the installation instructions included with the wallpaper, please also refer to our How To Guides. Issues caused by incorrect installation are not warranted.
Computer screens and other devices may not provide a true representation of colour and texture, therefore we recommend that you do not rely on a screen image only. We will be unable to warrant any variation between the look of the product on your screen and the delivered product.
Prior to purchasing your wallpaper we recommend you either visit your local wallpaper retailer to see a sample, or order a sample online, to be sure you are happy with the colour and texture. Please note there may be slight colour variations between batches or lots.
